Our Speakers will share topics that resound with the Love and healing grace that allowed them to successfully navigate their own painful journeys. They bring insights and encouragement to this retreat. Break out sessions include uplifting Workouts in the Word, time for contemplative walking, art expressions, and music guided relaxation. Time is set aside to reflect on the messages presented.

Our Founder and a few Members of our Team
Brenda Ann Widows
The founder of this retreat, our director Brenda Widows, faithfully served on the team of the Finding Purpose in the Pain restoration retreat in Arizona. She has organized and coordinated many successful events such as 100+ weddings, corporate events, and the "Think Pink" Campaign to raise funds for those undergoing breast cancer treatment. For many years her professions, as well as her personal life, led her to care for and support women who have suffered pain and loss. The Parents of Incarcerated Children support group grew out of her personal journey with her son, who has been in prison for close to a decade. She is also a top contributor and admin for 2 online support groups for mothers and families of incarcerated loved ones. Giving God the glory for all the gifts He's given her, she continues to work as a mental health nurse, supporting the healing of many with depression, drug recovery, and mental illness.
Emily Pasquerillo
Emily grew up in rural Southwestern Pennsylvania where she received her undergraduate degree from Moody Bible Institute, and double majored in Biblical Studies and Applied Linguistics, minoring in Evangelism and Discipleship. She went on to receive a master’s degree in Applied Linguistics and Bible Translation from Dallas International University. When she was young, she though it was God’s plan for her to serve on the mission field as a church planter and Bible translator. Slowly God closed doors, and she realized that God had another plan for her life. In spite of the loss of this dream, she has maintained her passion for ministry and she is a very active gal in her home church. She also has a true love of animals.
Bi Ntumngia
Bi Ntumngia is a woman of faith and a follower of Jesus whose passion in life is to lead women to discover their purpose. She is an experienced pharmacist by trade and accomplished Life coach and Bible teacher. Bi's professional, ministerial, and academic background empowers her to be passionate about seeing human beings attain their maximum potential. She is an inspirational, motivational speaker, and the author of 4 books: Woman of Purpose, Power and Destiny, Living a Healthy Lifestyle, and Destined and Empowered to Excel
Scarlett Lee Fisher
Scarlett Fisher is a dynamic coach, successful entrepreneur, speaker, and passionate evangelist with over 14 years of experience in empowering individuals to unlock their full potential. As an evangelist, she is committed to introducing the good news of our salvation through Jesus Christ. As owner and partner CEO of Fit4Life Services LLC, she focuses on helping others live a well-rounded life; mind, body, and spirit. Her faith and intimate relationship with God compels her to help others find defiant joy and peace, experience unconditional love, and build a foundation on the One that will never fail you.
