At Healing Hearts Restoration Retreats, we believe in the power of sisters helping sisters. Galatians 6:2 "Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ" which we know to be the law of Christlike love. We are here to remind you how special you are to God. We are devoted to help you discover a renewed sense of purpose, and begin the healing of your heart.

At Healing Hearts Retreats, we create a sacred and nurturing space where women can pause, reflect and reconnect. Our goal is for Jesus to show up and for you to meet him in a very authentic way. The mindfulness and self-reflection you take from our retreats will promote personal growth and well-being.

Mark your calendars for October 11th into the morning of October 12th, 2025 at the Table church -West. Our Speakers will share topics resounding with the Love and healing grace which has allowed them to successfully navigate their own journeys. They bring insights and encouragement to every woman attending. Time is set aside to reflect on the messages presented and share circles are safe places to be with likeminded women to share your journey.

Who should attend...
Do you know a woman who has suffered the loss of a spouse, a child, has a child in prison or trapped in addiction; is distraught over a wayward child, or has experienced the trauma of divorce, or any loss in their life? Women of all ages are welcome here. Our share circles are a safe place to talk about your journey.

The founder of this retreat, our director Brenda Widows, faithfully served on the team of the Finding Purpose in the Pain restoration retreat in Arizona. She has organized and coordinated many successful events such as 100+ weddings, corporate events, and the "Think Pink" Campaign to raise funds for those undergoing breast cancer treatme
The founder of this retreat, our director Brenda Widows, faithfully served on the team of the Finding Purpose in the Pain restoration retreat in Arizona. She has organized and coordinated many successful events such as 100+ weddings, corporate events, and the "Think Pink" Campaign to raise funds for those undergoing breast cancer treatment. For many years her professions, as well as her personal life, led her to care for and support women who have suffered pain and loss on multiple levels. The Parents of Incarcerated Children support group grew out of her personal journey with her son, who has been in prison for close to a decade. She is also a top contributor and admin for 2 online support groups for mothers and families of incarcerated loved ones. Giving God the glory for all the gifts He's given her, she just retired as a mental health nurse, supporting the healing of many with depression, drug recovery, and mental illness.

Michele is a passionate Teacher of God's Word, emphasizing the importance of being a doer not just a hearer of the Word. She has been honored to speak within and outside her local church. Through her faithful service as an Elder at Living Way Christian Fellowshiip she leads the Prison Ministry team which conducts weekly Bible studies at
Michele is a passionate Teacher of God's Word, emphasizing the importance of being a doer not just a hearer of the Word. She has been honored to speak within and outside her local church. Through her faithful service as an Elder at Living Way Christian Fellowshiip she leads the Prison Ministry team which conducts weekly Bible studies at the Allegheny County Jail. In teaching Financial Stewardship, her instruction encouraged believers to allow God to lead them to manage finances He's entrusted into their care. With Her insight and understanding of being personal with God, she has helped others find peace and embrace the truth regarding their purpose. Lifting up women through Single Women's Ministry, she draws women to a safe place discussing heart and life matters,while gaining insight from God's perspective. This is a true passion for her. After God opened the door for Michele to obtain her Master's in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University, she began her career in Finance. She retired in 2020 after 35 years of service but still is working for His glory.

She is an experienced pharmacist,
